Moissy‑Cramayel keeps reinventing sustainable urban living. On 17 July, the “topping‑out ceremony” celebrated completion of the main structure of Erables Residence, a hybrid timber‑concrete development of 100 homes by Woodeum × Pitch Immo, designed by Cussac Architectes & Associés. Just an 8‑minute bus ride—or a 15‑minute walk—from the RER D station, the project balances gentle density with abundant greenery: every apartment enjoys a private outdoor space, while landscaped courtyards multiply pockets of nature.

Two shared cars reserved exclusively for residents

Besides conventional private parking, two electric car‑sharing vehicles will sit at the foot of the buildings, available 24/7 via a mobile app. This dedicated fleet offers several advantages:

Benefit

What it means day to day

Savings

No need for a second car—you only pay for actual use.

Convenience

Instant booking, keyless access, charging included.

Environment

100 % electric, zero local emissions.

LOM compliance

Meets France’s Mobility Orientation Act requirements for new builds.

Pitch Immo has already rolled out the same model on other Île‑de‑France projects with electric‑sharing specialist Clem’, so Erables is expected to rely on a similar platform combining booking app, smart chargers, and integrated insurance.

A service designed to complement public transport

With buses and the RER D close by, residents can already live car‑free. Car‑sharing then becomes the “just‑in‑case” solution for:

  • a spontaneous weekend away from Paris;

  • a business meeting in a poorly served area;

  • bringing home bulky purchases.

By offering the service from day one (Q1 2025), the developer anticipates new mobility habits and adds lasting value to the property.

Another building block in Erables’ low‑carbon strategy

Targeting NF Habitat HQE and E+C‑ labels, the residence strengthens its stance with car‑sharing:

  • Fewer parking spaces needed: two shared cars can cover 20–25 occasional‑use households, saving concrete and impermeable surfaces.

  • Wood structure × green roofs × electric mobility: the combination can cut a resident’s CO₂ footprint by up to four compared with a conventional scheme.
